Wealth Core Financials ("Wealthcore", "we", "us") provides financial education and life insurance services in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you message us on WhatsApp, reach us through our Facebook or Instagram pages, or speak with us, we may receive your name, your phone number, and the contents of the messages you send us. If you choose to work with us, we may also collect the information needed to prepare a quote, book a call, or complete an application, which you provide to us directly.
We use your information only to reply to you, answer your questions, provide the financial education and insurance services you ask about, arrange appointments, and, when you ask us to, prepare quotes or applications with insurance providers. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your knowledge.
We never sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Our messaging runs on services operated by Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram), which process messages so they can be delivered. If you ask us to prepare a quote or an application, the relevant information is shared with the insurance company involved, with your knowledge.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements for licensed financial services in Alberta. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us at wealth.core.ca@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
